Your starting point

Who this is for.

Facilitators, business coaches and learning designers ready to turn AI experiments into a working routine.

What to bring

A fictional or approved session brief, its goal and timing. No client recordings needed.

Chat · Workflow · Agent · Teamwork

What ACX looks like in facilitation and coaching.

From an opening question to a shared session pack:

  1. ACX 1 Chat

Find an opening question that fits.

Give AI a fictional or approved session brief. Ask for three opening questions and refine one for your group or coaching conversation.

Human check: You judge whether the wording feels useful, inclusive and appropriate.

  2. ACX 2 Workflow

    Build a repeatable session routine.

Connect an approved brief to an agenda and activity sheets. After the session, use agreed notes to draft a follow-up message.

Human check: You review each document and keep confidential details out of AI tools.

  3. ACX 3 Agent

Have an agent draft the session pack.

Give it the goal, timing and approved materials. Ask for an agenda first; after your review, let it draft the activity sheets.

Human check: You check timing, accessibility and fit before using the pack.

  4. ACX 4 Teamwork

    Prepare together with a co-facilitator.

Agree who leads each activity and reviews the materials. Use AI to combine approved edits into a shared agenda and follow-up draft.

Human check: Facilitators read the room, adapt the session and approve what is shared.

In your coaching journey: practise Chat and Workflow, try a guided Agent task, and explore how Teamwork could fit your needs.

Small steps. Real practice.

What you can practise.

  1. Turning a brief into useful preparation questions.

  2. Adapting activities to a particular group.

  3. Checking a summary against the session notes.

A useful next step.

A preparation-to-follow-up routine you have tested, with clear review points.

Who is communicating?

The same clear intention helps in four kinds of connection.

  • H2SHuman to Self

    With yourself

Name the purpose of your session.

  • H2HHuman to Human

    With people

Check what participants need from it.

  • HAIHuman to AI

    With AI

Ask AI to help draft a session plan from a fictional brief.

  • A2AAI to AI

    Between AI tools

Review approved notes before another tool prepares follow-up actions.

These connections can appear at several ACX levels. Start with one useful conversation.

The coaching journey

Four days. Part-time.
Built around a real task.

  • 1–5 people
  • Solo learners welcome
  • Designed for beginners

Agree a goal with your coach, try a manageable task and review the results together. There is time for questions and practice.

Discuss the project, schedule, delivery format and fee with Estève before booking.

Your questions.

Is this coaching from an AI chatbot?

Your learning is guided by a human coach. You practise with AI tools as part of your own professional work.

Do I need to bring client recordings?

No. Use a fictional, anonymised or explicitly approved example. Client recordings are not needed to learn the steps.

Do I need to know how to use AI already?

The journey is designed for beginners. We start with your goal and what you already know, then agree a manageable task.
